Are my eSipper points still valid?
Yes. eSipper points remain available for redemption following the launch of the new program. You will continue to be able to redeem your eSipper points at the following rate:-

700 points earns a small sized GJs Beverage;

1000 points earns a regular sized GJs Beverage; and

1300 points earns a large sized GJs Beverage.

After the launch of the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club (GJRC) you will no longer earn eSipper points, but will be able to earn GJ Points, consistent with the terms and conditions of the GJRC.

What can my eSipper points be redeemed for?
eSipper points can be redeemed under the same conditions and for the same products as the original eSipper Program, which is:-

700 points earns a small sized GJs Beverage;

1000 points earns a regular sized GJs Beverage; and

1300 points earns a large sized GJs Beverage.

How can I check my eSipper points balance?
You will be able to view your points balance on the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app and web portal. Additionally, when you scan your mobile Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app or reward card with a linked eSipper account your points balance will display on the POS screen.

How do I link my eSipper account to the new Gloria Jean’s Rewards program?
Your eSipper account and points balance is automatically linked to their mobile Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app and or physical reward card based on your email address or phone number.

Can I use my eSipper Card with the new program?
Yes, provided you carry a current card with a bar code the card can be used (ie. white eSipper-branded or black Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club cards).

How can I join Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club?
Download the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app on your iPhone or Android and register or ask at your local participating Gloria Jean’s store for a Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club card.

If you have downloaded the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app, follow the prompts to register.
If you have a physical Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club card, jump online to gloriajeanscoffees.com.au/rewards and register to be able to start earning your drink rewards!

What do I get when I become a Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club member?
As a Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club member, you will earn points with every GJ’s crafted beverage purchase. Once you earn the below number of points, you will be able to redeem your accrued points for a free GJ’s hot or cold drink for the nominated size. See below table that outlines points earned and redeemed.

No, it’s free to join!

Do I need to register my Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club membership?
Registration is required in order to redeem Rewards and claim benefits including your Birthday Reward. You can still accumulate and earn points towards your free drinks. However, will not be able to redeem until your registration is complete.
If you do not register you are not eligible to redeem awards or benefits offered under the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club.

How do I download the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app?
The Gloria Jean’s Reward Club app is available via the App Store or Google Play. Search for Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club and follow the prompts to download.

How do I join the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club through the app?
Once you have downloaded the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app, simply follow the prompts to set up your account. You will be required to provide personal information in order to create your account such an email address and your birthday.

If I have registered via the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app, do I need to register online?
You can choose to sign up via the app or online. Whichever option suits you best. If you register through the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app you will not receive or need a physical card.

How do I redeem my free beverage via the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app?
You will receive a notification in the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app that you have a free small GJ’s Hot Drink or GJ’s Cold Drink waiting for you to redeem. Look for a notification against the Rewards icon.

Do I need to turn on notifications in the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app?
We strongly recommend it. As part of the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app you will be notified when you have a free GJ’s Hot Drink or GJ’s Cold Drink, along with any exclusive deals, offers or promotional information.

Will I be able to see how many points I have accumulated?
In the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app you will be able to see your points balance, along with how many points are required to redeem a free beverage.

Can I update my details via the app?
Yes, you can. Go to the ‘My Account’ section and follow the prompts to update your details where necessary.

I have deleted the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app, are my details lost?
No, they aren’t. Simply download and reinstall the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app again and sign in to view your details. Any information is saved against your account details.

Will I earn points with the purchase of any other Gloria Jean’s hot drink such as a Hot Chocolate?
Yes, any GJ’s Coffee or Hot Beverage, or Gloria Jean’s Cold Beverage will be eligible to earn points. See terms and conditions for a full list of included and excluded menu items.

I have forgotten to show my Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app at the start of the transaction. Can I still accumulate rewards?
Unfortunately, the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app needs or Rewards Card to be presented at the beginning of the transaction for rewards to be accumulated.

CUSTOMER CARD QUESTIONS

My partner and I share the same physical Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club card. Can we have the same rewards account on our phone?
Unfortunately, Gloria Jean’s Rewards can only be added to one account number. Each Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club app has their own unique account and cannot be duplicated to any other device.

What if I do not want to register online?
If you do not register online you will not be able to be part of the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club program to redeem points and receive your free beverages, birthday beverage and free beverage upon registration.

What happens if I have lost my card and it has not been registered?
Unfortunately, you will need to sign up again with a new card.

Do I need to swipe my card when I buy a GJ’s Hot or Cold Beverage?
Yes, present your Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club card or present your Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club App before your transaction is complete to ensure you accumulate your purchase.

If I purchase two GJ’s drinks in one purchase do I earn points for both?
Yes absolutely! Customers who purchase more than one GJ’s Drink in one transaction will earn points for each beverage purchased, so long as you scan or present your GJ Rewards Card or Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club App before the transaction is completed.

Do I have to use my FREE drink at the time I have earned it, or can I accumulate points?
It is recommended that you claim your free GJ’s Hot or Cold Drink on your next visit to get the best use out of our Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club program. Registration Rewards expire three (3) months from the date on which they earned. Birthday Rewards will expire in the month of the Member’s registered date of birth.

Will I accumulate points with the purchase of any other Gloria Jean’s hot drink such as a Hot Chocolate?
Yes, any GJ’s Coffee or Hot Beverage, or Gloria Jean’s cold beverage will earn you points.

I have a Seniors Card. Can I use it in conjunction with my Gloria Jean’s Rewards card?
No. Seniors discount cannot be used in conjunction with the Gloria Jean’s Rewards card.

When do I get my free birthday drink?
The FREE birthday beverage is of small size and is available to customers who provide their birthday upon registration. You will receive your birthday reward at the beginning of your birthday month. Your birthday reward will be valid for the month of your birthday.

Will I accumulate rewards on purchases such as bottled drinks and energy drinks?
No, the Gloria Jean’s Rewards program is only valid on GJ’s Hot Drinks and GJ’s Cold Drinks, and excludes all varietals of pre-packed items including sodas, juices, water or specialty drinks.

If I have enough points for multiple free GJ’s beverages on my account, can I use them in one transaction?
It is recommended that once you have a free beverage reward you enjoy it to make the most of the Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club program. However, if you have GJ points for multiple redemptions, you may only redeem two free drinks rewards within a 24 hours period.

I’ve lost my card, what do I do?
You must notify Gloria Jean’s immediately if your GJRC card or Smart Phone has been lost or stolen by email rewards@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au to the Gloria Jean’s Support Office. If your card and/or smart phone has been lost, stolen or damaged:

Gloria Jean’s Rewards or GJ Points will not accrue once you have reported a GJRC app and/or card as lost or stolen to Gloria Jean’s, until a replacement card / app has been activated and issued.
Gloria Jean’s may issue you with a replacement Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club Card with a new identification number.

Can I remove myself from marketing emails?
Yes, you can. However, but by doing so you will not be notified of any free rewards, benefits or upcoming promotions.

Can I use my Gloria Jean’s Rewards at any Gloria Jean’s?
Yes, you are able to redeem your points at any participating Gloria Jean’s store.

What can I redeem?
As you purchase GJ’s Hot Drinks or GJ’s Cold Drinks and earn points, you will be able to redeem FREE GJ’s Hot Drinks or GJ’s Cold Drinks! The below table outlines how many points you earn in each Eligible Purchase, and how many GJ Points you need in order to redeem a free GJs beverage.

How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance on your Gloria Jean’s Rewards Program Account at any time by visiting the ‘Card’ section of your APP or by visiting www.gloriajeanscoffees.com.au/rewards and entering your valid login details.

How do I cancel my Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, please email rewards@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au. Membership may be cancelled or refused to individuals by Gloria Jean’s at its sole discretion.
Where Membership has been cancelled or termination (either at the request of the Member or discretion of Gloria Jean’s):

• All Gloria Jean’s Rewards that have not been redeemed will be automatically forfeited and cancelled.
• You will not be eligible to earn Gloria Jean’s Rewards or participate in Other Benefits or Promotions that require Membership from the date of cancellation.
• The Gloria Jean’s Rewards Club card is to be returned to Gloria Jean’s within fourteen (14) days (only applicable to Gloria Jean’s Rewards card holders) where requested by Gloria Jean’s.

I have registered online but have forgotten my password. What shall I do?
No problem. Simply head to www.gloriajeanscoffees.com.au/rewards and click ‘forgot my password’. You will be sent an email with further instructions.
